Our Mission
From Montfer’s beginnings in 2008, we have taken up the challenge of offering first-rate equipment rental and mechanical repair services in Fermont, Wabush, and Labrador City.
In a region where every minute of production counts, our management team—composed of Jason Rioux, his father Gilles Rioux, and his mother Line Girard—must meet the challenges of the “land of the giants” day in day out.
Over the years, Montfer has expanded and now has 19 employees who work hard to enhance the business’s notoriety in the commercial and mining sectors in Quebec.
